The Gathered Session

Designed for extended families and larger groups, this session allows time for the full family, individual households, grandparents, sibling groups, cousins, and all of the meaningful combinations in between. This is also an opportunity for Prom or special-events that will allow time and space for various combinations of photos.

Every session is unique, and I want your experience to feel personal to you and your story. These optional add-ons are available to help customize your session based on location, family size, timing, or special requests. If you have something specific in mind, just ask - I'm always happy to create something that feels right for your vision.

My Process
(1) Connect
Every session starts with a conversation. We'll chat about what you're looking for, your vision, location ideas, and any questions you may have. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, updating family photos, or simply documenting this season of life, this is where we make sure we're the perfect fit.
(2) Book & Prepare
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over your contract and invoice. A 40% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due one week before your session. After booking, I'll help guide you through any planning details, including outfit suggestions, location recommendations, and what to expect.
(3) Your Session
This is where the magic happens. We'll spend our time creating authentic, meaningful images while keeping things relaxed and comfortable. Don't worry about knowing how to pose — I'll guide you every step of the way while leaving room for genuine moments to unfold naturally.
(4) Gallery delivery
Your images will be carefully edited and delivered through a private online gallery sent via email or text. Turnaround times vary depending on the session type, but most portrait sessions are delivered within two weeks. From there, you'll be able to download your images, share them with loved ones, and order prints directly from your gallery.
